We have an immediate opening for a Help Desk Technician in our
Corporate IT department. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 11am - 10pm.
These individuals will fill an important role in the software support group. The Help Desk Technician position is established to provide computer software and operational support with regards to the Point of Sale systems for remote locations within the company.This position will be in a call center environment and will provide technical support to field personnel, and assist with other projects as needed.

|The ideal candidates will have:
- Knowledge and experience with PC Operating Systems
- Networking, and Data Communications fundamentals
- Must have the ability to work unsupervised, be self-motivated, hard working, and adapt quickly to change.
- Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of Help Desk experience, with a college degree preferred.
