QC Holdings, Inc., has an immediate TRAINING MANAGER opening in our corporate office in the Overland Park area. This is an exciting opportunity for personal and professional growth! This position will be responsible for providing oversight for the analysis, development, delivery, evaluation, and maintenance for the organization’s training and product development strategies and all related initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Five or more year’s relevant training and project management experience.
  • Experience training in retail or multi-unit retail or service environments.
  • Four-year college degree preferred, but experience may substitute for education.
  • Must be able to manage multiple, parallel projects at a time and prioritize their importance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior personnel management and supervisory skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience using training technology tools (e.g., LMS, Web casting, CBT, etc.) preferred.
  • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
