QC Holdings, Inc. is a rapidly growing financial services company. We have over 550 retail locations in 25 different states. We have immediate openings for Full Time Collectors at our Corporate Office and AutoStart USA Office in Overland Park, KS! These positions will involve making inbound and outbound calls both manually and utilizing an auto-dialer for the collection of past due unsecured loan accounts in all stages of delinquency. We are seeking individuals who are self motivated with great interpersonal skills, work well in a fast paced environment and display a high degree of professionalism.
Requirements:
Qualifications include:
  • High school graduate or equivalent,some college or higher education preferred.
  • Collections or customer service experience in a call center environment is required.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, 10am -7pm.
