Description:
A growing consumer lending company is looking for a Assistant Manager to join our team in the West Monroe area. This is an entry-level position that has great management potential for the right person! We are looking for an individual with a strong customer focus, work ethic and team player! Competitive base pay plus performance based bonus plan that is paid monthly! Job duties include:
  • conducting customer transactions,
  • assisting with collections on past due loans, and
  • ensuring loans are in compliance with company and federal, state, and local laws.
Retail, Restaurant, or Collections experience is great!
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • strong customer service skills,
  • cash handling experience,
  • experience in collections preferred,
  • retail or restaurant service experience is acceptable,
  • reliable transportation,
  • and be able to work with minimal supervision.
